What is Bergamot Bergastatina used for?

The use of Bergastatina in:

  • Tea – has actions predisposed to give relief, calm and tranquility.
  • Infusions – Classic benefits of bergamot, it is indicated in case of intestinal infections, perhaps following food poisoning.
  • Sublingual dissolution – Increases immune defenses with the strong presence of naringenin (Uniroma has filed a study attributing the suppression of all coronaviruses to naringenin), furthermore with the AICAL method all the flavonoids are preserved which act effectively against cholesterol, triglycerides and blood sugar .

How to use Bergastatina

The dosage is per teaspoon, one is enough to flavor the tea and two to create your healthy infusion.

In case of sublingual dissolution for cholesterol and blood sugar, up to two teaspoons in daily applications.

The AICAL Method for Bergastatina

The dry bergamot extract “AICAL method” is used for the preparation of infusions with a single ingredient and tea, preferably green. This last option would follow the traditional Earl Gray, improving it in every aspect, especially from a nutritional point of view. You avoid using essential oil by adding powders.
